Our Pricing Policy
Installation costs will be quantified after a design has been agreed and a schedule of products to be fitted is prepared. We will then provide a detailed quotation for the required works.
Labour Costs for Bathroom Renovation
We estimate costs based on bathroom size, tile type, and chosen fittings. Installation typically takes 10-14 days

Full tiling around the bath/shower and tiling around the wash basin (retaining the same tiled area as before).
Use large ceramic or porcelain tiles in either a line-up or brick pattern.

Close-coupled toilet or one with the cistern concealed within a unit.
Wash basin with either a pedestal or a floor-standing vanity unit.
Ceiling to be painted.
The floor is stable with no rotten or damaged joists or boards.
Replace the light and extractor fan on a like-for-like basis.
Materials costs will be dependent on the clients choice of fittings.
